The Extra Help Agency started in 2014 and has a focus in the IL/WI area. Currently the Extra Help Agency is a general agency. The owner has a long successful history of personal sales and helping others achieve their goals by showing agents how to achieve what others just talk about. It is a requirement that all managers (owner included) still run the field and lead by example. You will never be asked to do something that has not been done by a member of our team with proven success.
We have a recruiting philosophy that is a bit different from others…we would rather bring aboard a small number of agents and work with them one-on-one until they “get it’ and are on the path to achieve their goals. We have all been a part of the recruiting agencies that just throw mud at the wall to see what sticks and provide little to no help after the contracts are signed.
